Renew Support Subscription for your TSplus License

The subscription of Support and Updates Services warrants you the right to download and to apply Updates. It also allows you to request support from our Support Team. This subscription can be made or renewed for one, two or three years.

The fee for these services are a percentage of the license price.

– One year: 21% of license price
– Two years: 18% of license price
– Three years: 15% of license price

Is there a free trial?

Yes, we offer a fully-featured 14-day free trial. You can download it here.

Can I buy with a purchase order?

Yes, please send us a purchase order (PO) by mail at [email protected] and we will send you an invoice with instructions.

In your mail, please include:

- Name and address of the company
- VAT number (for EEC companies)
- Name of the product
- Name of the Edition or Bundle
- Number of users for the license (Unlimited, 25, 10, 5 or 3 users)
- Add-ons (2FA, Advanced Security Essentials or Ultimate)
- Update & Support services (1, 2 or 3 years)
- Number of licenses (If you need more than 1)

Are the licenses permanent?

Yes, our licences are permanent!

After you purchase your licence, you will be able to enjoy TSplus Remote Access without time limitation. However, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to our Update and Support services (the fee is a small percent of your licence’s price).

The Update and Support services include our worldwide licence re-hosting, ticket/Email support service, Forum access, FAQ, tutorial support and the right to install and to use any new release, patch and updates.

On how many servers can I install a license?

One license (Edition or Bundle) is valid for one server only.

If you need to use this software on several servers, you will have the opportunity to select the number of licenses on the checkout page.

Note: In this case, most of our customers select the Enterprise Edition or Enterprise Edition PLUS which include the farm manager and gateway features to easily access and manage their farm of servers.

Does the price includes the Updates and Support services?

No. Once you selected your Edition on this page, you will be asked if you want to add the Update and Support services.

The fee for these services are a percentage of the license price.

That’s why we recommend to select the 3 years to maximize your savings on the long term.

Can I get support to deploy my TSplus software?

Yes, you will find all the information you need in our user guides and the deployment support emails that you will receive. TSplus remote desktop access software are easy to deploy, but if you still face difficulties, our support team will be happy to help you.

I already bought a license, where can I manage it?

If you already bought a license, you can upgrade/renew or manage it on this page.

Should I choose an Edition or a Bundle?

A Bundle contains everything in the Edition + our other software products and their add-ons for almost the same price than the Edition.

If you buy all these software products independently, it will be much more expensive.

That’s why we strongly recommend you to choose a Bundle to maximize your savings and discover all our software products.

Can I have a discount?

As displayed on this page, we offer a discount based on the selected number of users. The more users you select and the bigger the discount will be.

And for a maximum discount, our bundles includes a huge discount. It’s much cheaper compared to buying each software and add-on independently.
